Attention all artists and image hounds!!!

With the move to our new servers we are able to now provide a method of allowing our members to upload their own images (ie. artwork, screencaps, digital pictures, 3D renderings, etc) to albums that they can create themselves in our image gallery.

You can login with your forum username and password and upload images directly to your own personal user gallery (you just need to create your albums first!). You can also upload files for approval for the public boards too!

So whether you want to showcase your own Alien or Predator fan artwork, or start your own screencap repository, head on over to our image gallery and get started. You can also rate and comment yours and other images in the gallery.

The only hitch is you must be a member of AXP to use these features. You knew that was coming!

They're the same image but different resolution sizes.

...Silly question... but how do I create an album to upload to?  I've been poking around and haven't seen any links for it.

Which means it's probably right under my nose.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier.

Okay, make sure you're logged in, then click on the small green link right under "Alien Experience Gallery" called Create/Order My Albums.

That will take you to a screen called the Album Manager. In there click New at the bottom. A new album called New Album will appear in the block box. In the text field where it also says New Album (right above the Apply Modifications button) change the name of your album to whatever you want it to be (ie. 3D Renderings, Artwork, Still Photography, etc).

Click Apply Modifications. Then to upload click the Upload button (it's a graphic in the top menu), find your files on your computer with the Browse button, upload and choose an album to put them in.

That should do it, but if you need any other help let me know.

One problem (maybe two...): when I log-in and click on the link that pcth posted I get a page stating "You don't have permission to access this page."  And I'm not seeing the "Create/Order My Album" link under "Alien Experience Gallery" on the Gallery page.

Oh...Can't help you there. I see those links (and everything else related to managing albums) in Finnish, so I immediately thought that maybe those links don't appear to you at all, so I copy-pasted the direct link. Hmm... hopefully that problem can be fixed!
