+ the crab walk scene from Alien. It was on the Legacy set, but not the Quad, for whatever reason.

On the Legacy DVD the crab walk scene is classed as an outtake rather than a deleted scene.  The extra segment in the 'Lambert confronts Ripley' scene ("What happend to him!") isn't in the deleted scenes section On the quad features either but on the Laser Disc material if memory serves.  Same with the Brett's death segment.

Hm, I thought the crab walk was in the laserdisc archives. Hmm...anyway...

I hope this time they just simply take the material in the laserdisc archives out instead of presenting it as it would have appeared.

I found it kind of tedious to navigate through it the way it was presented.

The Don Shay interview with Ridley Scott should be shown the same way they did with the James Cameron interview on the Aliens Legay DVD.  That's the only part of the Laser Disc material that annoys me to navigate through to, they showed the Ridley Interview as one segment on the end of the Alien Facehugger boxset VHS tape but nowhere else.

New Siggilicious commentaries for all four flicks on Blu-Ray.

That's enough for me to buy a player.

It was the third post in this thread.  Roll Eyes

The thread wasnt about it so I didnt read past the first post. And since I didnt see any thread or alien bluray news thread or any news mentioning it, I decided to post it here since its related to the article which is the real subject of this thread. I tried not to risk and not to litter the board with new thread. Was just trying to help and share the info  Roll Eyes
