Articulated hands on Ash when he attacks Parker.

A contradictory farce.

A cut to Ripley in order to get rid of that awkward Ash's head jump cut.

A stunt butt for Ripley, so that I didn't have to see Weaver's ass crack in the shuttle sequence.

You know, Sigourney Weaver, lovely as she may be, has no ass.

Ah yes, bang on with that one too. Regarding the director's cut, I wish the original sinister bellowing whale-song styled alien transmission had been left in instead of replaced with bleeping computer noise. I think it's safe to say there's not much any of us would change about this great film, other than ironing out a few cosmetic niggles.

The derelict transmission should have stayed in, with the original audio.

Put Ripley finding Dallas and Brett before she sets the self-destruct.

You know, Sigourney Weaver, lovely as she may be, has no ass. Hence the usage of "ass crack" in place of "ass".

I would have liked if perhaps Ripley hadn't have found the Alien on the shuttle, and instead had been found by another ship, and the Alien slips onboard the adjacent ship--unoticed. If Ridley Scott had instead had the film end as a cliffhanger. This would have changed the entire schveil of things for the next movies.

Isn't that how it goes down in the script? Didn't Scott just move the cocoon scene to the wrong place in the DC?

• Would have liked to have seen what Parker saw with the alien near the air lock. • Would have liked a scene with Ash confronted by the alien. A simple shot of Ash rounding a corner, and the alien turns and rises from a crouched position, they look at each other, Ash looks genuinely startled, and the alien disappears. • Would have liked to have seen fewer strobe lights! The ship is about to blow up. I get it. Do we need all of the damned strobes?

Besides the Ash dummy head i've always felt that the Alien Transmission (with original Ben burtt audio) should of stayed in the Theatrical cut along with Ripley and Parker runnig in to see the Alien take Brett away. • Would have liked to have seen what Parker saw with the alien near the air lock. Definetly!
