So the Terminator has turned into a slightly more adult Transformers then terrific,
lots of silly toy-like things running around that wouldnt be outta place in a Voltron, G.I. Joe cartoon.

The fact that Cameron intended to show other things is irrelevant, he didnt, the films were made as they are with a certain set of terminator machinery/killer robots etc..
Ditto T2, ever since T3 and T2 3D there has been more stupid creations that has really tamed the franchise and made it a young boys toyline/cartoon. Gone are the simply yet effective brutal and dark man against terminators battle, rebel fighters against single terminator robots in human disguise or bare endo form.

This is mainly all for yr local Forbidden Planet or comic store....they will be packed with all the new Terminator toys, money before a decent film......lame. Way to wreck an adult franchise, much like AvP.

I don't even understand what this (run-on) sentence means.

I'm not going back through 14 pages of posts, but has anybody noticed how much the Terminator in this picture looks like the Newborn made of steel?

That's because the Newborn's face was just a human skull with yellow shit over it.

Basically it means this film had a nice little toy line in mind when coming up with the ne w terminator hords. Nothing to do with the film maybe being actually any good.

'I don't even understand what this (run-on) sentence means.'

That sentence meant the original films were made with hunter killers, endo skeletons etc..and thats all, all the other stuff that people say Cameron was gonna include but didnt cos of money etc.. makes no difference. The original films we have now are as they are with the few terminator variations on show, BUT it works, we dont need all these silly moto terminators, giant robots and snakes etc...
it cheapens the look and feel if you ask me. Makes it more of a kids cartoon.

Of course yr age does make a difference in yr opinion.

1,466 is hardly "a little circle".

From what I've been reading in this thread, you're not getting negged because of your opinion...

So you really think that Skynet took over the world with just T-101's? Not only would a movie set in the future war be boring, but it would be illogical not for Skynet to build many variations of machines.

Nope, not your opinion. Your grammar, spelling and use of diction as well as general   sillyness (too light a word, but stupidity seems to harsh, meh no its not) is what gets on peoples nerves.
