I decided to take up Thedus' ancient advice now that I got a Wacom to play with beside the camera and seize the opportunity to post some of my work here! It's been a long time since I worked on human anatomy/characters and clothes, which this rather generic-looking Wastelander was meant to help me out with:  I'm still working on getting the third dimension right. I accidentally merged the rough drawing layer with the final, so I can't show you how I structured the dood, but I plan to do this in the future! PS: His proportions are pretty fucked, but there's fucked up people in the world too you know.  |

Thanks! I based his jacket on the design in the picture below - which for the record I would totally buy if it wasn't so fucking expensive. ($160 is expensive to me, at least!) It is a badass jacket but you're right, $160 is WAY too expensive! What site is it from? |

I just got a 2D/3D cartoon app called Toon Boom, so I'm just now learning how to animate..  My first project will be to recreate (with some liberties) the scene of Brett's demise in Alien.

Ah right, can I just work a little on my own projects first?  Doodled something else up last night! Anyone familiar with PC gaming history should know this guy!  I think I'll go back and fix some of the issues I have with it when I get back home today, like make the soda look like actual soda and align his hair better! |

Thank you! Having models do the poses for you really pays off! I had to stand right off the screen and hold the light up so this would've been impossible without them.
