Thinks
I'm sorry...what was this about?

Don't really understand the question. Did I use too much techy talk or something?

The other day I was looking at Toshibas at Best Buy. They looked pretty damned good. But that's an hour away, I'd have to rent a Uhaul truck or something, hah.

I'm getting the one that weights less than 5 pounds. It's much lighter than my current lap top, which is over 6 pounds. I take a lote of notes and go through a lot of paper, this will be a nice change and no need to carry 2 or 3 binders around. It works really well, my brother has last year model. I never used my laptop in school since writing notes helps me understand what I'm hearing, the laptop would be a distraction. But this little beauty let's me write as I usually would.

I know exactly what you mean! I keep a laptop, a moleskin notebook and stationary computer for all my notes and stuff that I write. I can't get rid of any either since for some reason I get different type of idea surges depending on the situation and environment I'm in (and with which writing tool). Today I filled one and a half page of ideas in my A4 moleskin that I simply couldn't do sitting concealed in my room where I'm at now!

My notes are scattered around my desktop, laptop, book, binder, it's hell. I was looking for an idea I wrote down today, then I remembered it was on my laptop but my daughter is using it. Even if each are linked through my home network, it's a pain to remember where I put what. The new HP will be for my eyes only. It has cool features and will be optimized with the new Windows 7. It's all I can think or talk of these days. I wish the student loan came in sooner so I could get used to it.

Ohhhh, good for you! And how was it!?

Be warned. HP recently put out a shitload of faulty laptops where the wireless card would go bad. We have seen 5 or 6 of them in the computer shop in the last two months. They probably don't use that faulty part at all anymore, but still...it's a troubling thing when it comes to the HP brand, IMO.

My other laptop had a faulty wireless card, I sent it to get it fixed, didn't cost me a thing, they covered it. So far, they give me great customer's service that's why I keep buying from them.

Fuck off! Did you actually buy that? Because my brother is a Ford mechanic and one of the part's men he knew a while back built a Mustang that looks exactly like that. And when I say exactly I mean exactly!

I'm looking at buying a new vehicle and it's between a '07 Mustang and an '06 F150. It will boil down to what I really want over practicality. I fear practicality will win.
