Hi, First post, and it's a slightly mercenary one I'm afraid. I've had this little beauty since the Alien Saga VHS set came out in 1997, and - with a heavy heart - the time has come to part with it. I've had a fair few people try and throw money at me for it over the years, so I'm inviting serious offers. It's 89cm long x 60 wide (just under 3ft x 2ft), and is made from plastic. The alien itself is hollow from the back (so it would potentially make the mother of all jelly moulds!) The alien itself and the plastic generally is in great condition. The paper sections on the top and bottom have crinkled over time, and the strip at the top is slightly discoloured in parts (see the bottom pic). I'll give it a couple of weeks, but if no particularly tempting offer is forthcoming by that time, I'll throw it up on ebay. I'm in Bedfordshire in the UK, so cash on collection is an option for peeps in the UK. I haven't got postage quotes yet, but it'll need some pretty hardcore packaging to ensure it arrives safely, so do please bear this in mind if you want to make an offer, as it will be the buyer that shoulders the cost. Feel free to post, PM or else email me on lutewhine@evandando.co.uk with offers. Here's some pics... Stu

Let me say, "Welcome!" Glad to have you here at AXP. Nice poster, and nice offer. Personally, I'm not in the market, but hopefully someone else here will be. Have at it folks!

Normally, I'd be all over this, as its something I don't have yet, but my Aliens budget for the year just got spent (rather well, but spent nonetheless). Unfortunately, I just couldn't offer anything like what you're probably looking for at this point in time.

The weight's not so much a problem with the shipping cost as the size of it - it's so big it's ineligible for the bog-standard Royal Mail services.
So far it's a quote based on online calculators. If when it comes to sending it works out way below that quote, I'm more than happy to refund the difference.

I've had quite a few questions about international shipping.
Can't amend the listing itself, but I've packed it up today to get quotes, and have just added the international shipping rates as an answer to a question at the very bottom of the page.
