The fact that he's even on the hunting planet should say enough. That only proves that he's worthy prey. What's your point?  Plus by the time he does free the predator he is one of only 3 survivors. That is really impressive if you ask me. The predator still cannot know if Royce has killed anything. Eric Forman, for example, seemed to only stay alive because others helped him. Speaking of the script, what was Isabelle supposed to be? A werewolf? A Goa'Uld? A Berzerker Predator Black Super-Human Hybrid? What? |

That only proves that he's worthy prey. What's your point? My point is that it isn't an uncommon thing for a predator to not attack something that it knows is worthy prey. Harrigan proved that he was worthy prey on that ship and none of the other preds stepped up to challenge him and instead they all showed him respect and let him live (albeit because he put up a damn good fight). Royce and the predator's situation is a little different- the pred knows that Royce is a fighter and survivor (worthy prey) and even though the pred isn't certain on whether or not Royce killed anything, it does know that the act of freeing him was a brave decision. The pred also takes note that Royce was ready for anything and wasn't backing down- all the more reason to respect the guy and let him live. It's sounding more and more like she'll be the character that ruins the film for me.
Yeah I hear ya. I was hoping they meant she goes ape shit in that scene. |

Predators you can reason with = FAIL. Remember?  I just think it's a crappy idea, no matter how it is portrayed. |

I'm kinda liking it actually, I think he looks kinda bad ass and should hopefully make for a pretty awesome macho beat fest at the end (haven't read any spoilers yet). Just hoping it looks a bit more life like on the big screen like some of you guys are saying, some moisture and maybe a touch darker. should be good  |
