I found A-R to be a fine movie right up till the Crying Skeletor with Tits showed up.

It's down to 83% on rt...

http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/10012256-predators/

We'll see how far it drops before it tapers off. Was at 100% I think like last night. Although most of the positive reviews don't say it's amazing, just good.

Yeah, a mod should probably change the title's thread to "Critical Reviews" or something. Or better yet "Motherfuckin' Critic-Ass Bitch Motherfuckers" if you want to work an Ice-T quote in there. You know, because that is professional.

Well we're AXP, we're like every other AvP community except through a Shane Black/Quentin Tarantino filter. So swearing in our news headlines is perfectly acceptable.

I love that the reviews are saying that Brody, an acclaimed Oscar winning actor, 'is no Schwarzenegger'.

Er guys, Predators has been rated 15 here in the UK Sad that's not a good sign for starters Sad if it ain't rated 18 then it won't be as hard or violent as hoped, damn it!!

The review I linked above said it isn't as gory as you'd expect, but it is quite violent in parts.  And while Brody seemed an odd choice, he 'works'.

MA15+ here so that's fine. At least it's not 12A.

It is kinda violent in some parts actually, more towards predators than humans though.

By UK standards that just means the Predators won't smoke crack and have sex! The BBFC don't give a crap about violence in movies anymore. AVPR was a 15 here I think and that was pretty gory?

My personal update, totally seeing it tonight w00t!!!!

Not entirely, The Expendables was cut down to 15 because there was a scene where Stallone or Statham drives a knife into somebody's throat and then twist it.

Well it just means that the Expendables is ultimately bloodier and more violent than a movie where a guy gets his spine ripped out.
