Probably never hitting the theater in my town. It's run by religious fundamentalists, who can still somehow get over the fact of vampires in Eclipse(barf), but can't handle a little spine-ripping. Honestly, it took the original Blade two months to get to our theatre, when it was the top-grosser at the time. Teh Lose

Yup! Quebec FTW! The best thing about Predators movie release is having Aliens, Predator, Predator II showing on TV for the past 2 weeks.

We had that here too!
Predators on Sky.
Oh so worth it.
I'll take some friends to see Predators on the weekend, hopefully before I go down to visit my friend.
Strange, working visiting a friend around seeing Predators.

It doesn't look like I'll get to go this Thursday, I just don't have the money. I haven't checked the bank of Mum and Dad yet, It'll be a last resort though.

Currently seeking Jagermeister sponsorship. One'a these days Sean Pertwee's gonna be in a movie where he doesn't die and he's going to kill every motherfucker ever.

La Grande, Oregon- U.S. Oregon is not the old west holdout movies make it seem to be... except for La Grande. My parents dragged me here 15 years ago, and now at 27 it's impossible to put together enough money for a practical move anywhere. Seriously- the average cost of an apartment here is $450 a month, versus something like $1100 a month in the nearest decent city, not counting startup. And Oregon has either the highest or second highest unemployment rate in the nation, with La Grande having one of the highest in the state. We've got something like 15 corporate employers for the 15,000 people in the town (plus another 3000 in nearby podunks); which wouldn't be so bad if more than one of those employers had a worker capacity over 20 people. Most businesses around here employ about between 5 and 11 people total. Including our theater, with a robust of staff around 15. I hate this place so hard EDIT for not enough zeroes in the population

I didn't buy tickets yet because I have no idea where I'll be this Thursday (gotta love moving!). Wherever I am, I'm hoping I can just walk right into the midnight viewing.

There aren't any midnight showings here which is pretty lame cos I'd be seeing it in less than 3 hours if there was.
