The last four games were clunky as hell and the new characters have been getting worse with every installment. It's in dire need of a kick in the arse, so I'm all for a 2.5D revamp. So far, the gameplay looks a lot slicker than the 3D games.

Can this wait? I need to do some calibrations

I'm pretty sure with the last game the "killed off" quiet a few characters. At least thats what was said at the time, as long as Sub-Zero and Scoprion are in it I am sure to buy it.

Eh? MK2 is probably the most critically acclaimed game in the series.

Mortal Kombat 2 on the SNES was my favourite. I seemed to play it endlessly in my school days, especially 2 player.

Personally I love the ninja characters......Sub Zero, Scorpion, Reptile, Ermac, Noob Saibot, Rain etc...
Even though they used the exact same sprite for each with a different colout scheme haha

Anyone who wants to hit me up on Xbox Live with Mortal Kombat can add me: Battsey I'm not really talkative (since I usually can't find my headset) but hey, it's the crunching sound of spines being ripped apart that matters.

Currently seeking Jagermeister sponsorship. One'a these days Sean Pertwee's gonna be in a movie where he doesn't die and he's going to kill every motherfucker ever.

Anyone on PS3 Network want me to beat the living shit out of them and freeze them? Add : Nelatherion and I'll be more than happy to freeze you and rip your spine out, as a courtesy from one friend to another.

MK: Deadly Alliance was pretty good, I think.
Played the demo of this, and it's quite enjoyable, to be fair. Gameplay rather smooth, graphics real nice, and the fatalities kick arse!
I'll always be more of a SF buff, though.
