Probably way too subtle.
Another thing I forgot to mention, was the sign 'NARCISSUS' painted on the hull where the shuttle is docked? How can I have been watching this flick for 25 years and not noticed that???

You're so right. I noticed that too but didn't even think to mention it.

I didn't notice that but watching Aliens: SE the Hadleys Hope sign has "have a nice day" spray painted on it. Never noticed that before!

Yeah, the novelisation. Which was taken from the script.

Just started watching the 'Aliens' enhancement pods, very interesting, especially the little segment about creating Hadleys Hope and all the old TV backs and VCR sections used, also the old BA computer, that was really insightful.
Thought Biehn talking about Weaver on set was amusing, he says she was kinda like 'Ripley', not very talkie and they never really got to know each other etc...(Paxton didn't have that trouble hehe) I'm not really surprised as I've said before Biehn is a very 'stand-off-ish' person and quite emotionless, that's how I felt when I met him, he made me feel insignificant lol he looked like a miserable bastard on set in the segments, could be in character I guess.
Still find it curious they cast Reiser in the film as he said and I'm still curious as to how and where Cameron gets his names for all the characters.
Hate Gale Anne Hurd, comes across as a real executive 'suit' bitch lol just like Cameron is a dick.
Wooden planet, Alien 3 = genius idea, should of been done, total directional change and very atmospheric.
