Short film by members of AXP and AL

Hi everybody.

I don't post much but I get most of my Alien news from this site and read the forums on a regular basis. Usually while slacking off at work. Anyhow, myself and some other members here, who are also members on another Aliens forum (Legacy) recently made a short film about a human mission to Mars. We're currently in post production for the five minute version and a ten minute version will be out later in the summer.

This is because we made a 5 minute version for a 48hr film competition but have decided to spruce up the effects and also make a longer version with some new fx that will be done.
The film stars FHM cover girl Rosie Jones.

Thanks guys, it's always a bit of a slog with these budgetless projects as you know but, well, it's all about the fun, ain't it?

Those 48-hour things can be a real stresser, though. Trying to get the product in on time can really put pressure on relationships.

Getting this done was crazy stressful after the domino effect caused us to lose of the leads before the entire film was shot, and we had to think of a new ending at the very last minute.
