Batman looks pretty tired out in that final shot. Looks like it's an epic battle where he just doesn't do any damage to Bane. Also, Bane kind of Jacobs Laddering out...I wonder if this means the fear toxin will play into the movie. Could just be to fancy up the trailer, though. And Sebastian... Gordon: We were in this together. And then you were gone. Now this evil rises. The Batman must return.

Better look at McBain Bane, and some other stuff: http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/21344/-dark-knight-rises-set-photos-videoI like that they seem to be placing the movie during winter, will give it a nice atmosphere, and will probably be a bit better than Batman Returns' obvious soundstage 'exteriors'.
