AliensColonialMarines.net are running a contest to giveaway posters, graphic novels and comics and all you have to do is post in their forums. Sounds easy, enough. But don't take it from me, here's Mother with the scoop: To be in with a chance of winning all you have to do is the following:

Make 5 on-topic* posts between Monday 12th September and Sunday 25th September 2011.
Make a post in this thread to say you have finished.
You have between Monday 12th September and Sunday 25th September 2011 to enter. We’ll be using GMT time to avoid any confusion.
The winner will be chosen at random on Monday 26th August 2011 and will be informed the same day. The winner will be able to pick one item from the prize fund.Like I said, easy enough. Tough crowd.  I actually love corny puns, no really I do. And yeah, simply becoming a member at a forum and joining in discussion to win a prize is kind of meh. I liked the Prometheus News site one better with an actual quiz and whatnot, that's more fun. |

Thanks for putting this up and the additional exposure for us. I appreciate it. This game is going to be a huge release and I expect we'll see an explosion of activity / traffic. As for the comments re: how easy the contest is. I have these things and I wanted to give them away. At least this way I get something, however little, in return. I did consider a quiz or similar but........... Google kinda ruins that. Anyway, thanks again for your support.  |
