Figured a few people would like them, for examination or to use for whatever... All images files have been relocated to our own AxP image gallery in the Prometheus Debut Trailer Screencap section. Now beckmen's Photobucket account can get a rest! Thanks to beckmen!

In the 2 stills of the Space Jockey chair lifting from the ground it shows a person on the right that IMO resembles Michael Fassbender (David) with no hair. I then recall another still that shows his skin melting within his mask.
Finally if you look at the same scene of the Space Jockey's chair it appears someone is already sitting in the chair with their arms raised and their thumb sticking out.

Nice work, Becks! I hadn't realized the holographic map was in the same room as the Jockey's chair. This is a nice touch and ties into the fact that the Jockey was also referred to as "the navigator" back around when ALIEN came out. Very cool shots! (+)

Thanks, cool.
Is there a way to get the spoiler tags to work on these pics? I am trying to 'hide' them so navigating this thread doesn't take ten hours if you don't want to look at the pics.

It's possible that the figure next to the chair is Fassbender, I hope so! I can't see a hand protruding above the chair, but it does look like a Space Jockey helmet that is open and waiting for an occupant, look closely and tilt your head about 90 degrees to the left, the shape of it resembles parts of the 'skull'. The head/helmet on the table in the earlier shot doesn't look exactly the same as the one in Alien, so maybe the latter one is specifically a flight helmet for the ships' pilot, the suit being an integral part of the chair? The one on the table may be a general-purpose space helmet.

The figure standing next to the chair could be David, but it could also be the guy jumping of of the vehicle toward a crew member in the two shots just before that. I've seen production stills of this actor's make-up and his hair is falling out, his head looks like its enlarging, his face looks off, and overall looks like he's changing into something else. David would make sense, but I'm wondering if it isn't the other crew member. And how did I not know that Charlize Theron is playing Vickers? That totally slipped past me. ...and in a tight space suit, to boot? Damn! ...I've got a serious "fondness" for her! And there is a cast listing on IMDB that I think is kind of cool: Patrick Wilson: Cocooned man.

The supposedly leaked plot synopsis states that David helps Shaw to escape in a Jockey ship, this shot is possible further evidence that said synopsis was genuine, at least partly.

I think Vickers and Shaw are the only ones to survive at the end. I think both Vickers and Shaw abandon ship before the Prometheus crashes into The Derelict. In the trailer you see both Vickers and Shaw sealing themselves into some kind of leather chamber or casket. I think this is an escape pod on the Prometheus.
I also think we might not see a living Space Jockey in this movie. We might only see a dead corpse. If we do see a living Space Jockey. You will only see it in shadows at the beginning of the movie when they come to Earth (waterfall scene) and plant the seed for life on our planet.
One more thought too. Maybe the planet featured in this movie is not LV-426? Maybe it is the homeworld of the Jockeys or the last planet they started to terraform? Maybe the Derelict in this movie is a totally different ship from the one in ALIEN? Maybe the Derelict on LV-426 has been there for millions of years???!!!

http://www.reddit.com/r/LV426/comments/nnz83/prometheus_posttrailer_speculation_thread/Checkout this link. Somebody wrote a really thorough plot synopsis that might be real close to the actual movie! SPOILERS!!!! SPOILERS!!!! SPOILERS!!!! Posted by Mevs- I'm sure there are a lot of these flying around but here's my attempted plot synopsis based on the trailer/snippets of info that have been flying around. Scott has said there will be a 'beginning of time' sequence at the start of the movie. My assumption is that this will be set on Earth and will show how the human race was planted, or at least shunted along somewhat, by some extra-terrestrials, presumably the Space Jockeys. Evidence will have been left, Scott has stated a big 2001 influence is present which leads me to suggest that this 'evidence' will be discovered and will lead Weyland Corp. to send a ship out towards certain co-ordinates. The working title for this film was Paradise, which I'm taking to be the homeworld of the Space Jockeys. This will be where the ship Prometheus will be headed in anticipation of humans finally meeting their engineers. Weyland corp have clearly sent the ship with the hope that they will return with advanced technology etc etc, but, upon arrival, they will not be greeted with the positive reception they had anticipated (of course) They will find the chamber shown in the trailer. I'm pressuming before any contact with the Space Jockeys is made. I'm expecting that they will not find a thriving paradise but rather one of two things; Either the ruins of a fallen civilisation or an intact but militant and unpleasant homeworld. I believe that the human head above the chamber they find suggests that the contents of the urns is related to the creation of humanity, perhaps there will be shown other chambers with further representations of different species. The Space Jockeys are definitely in the business of Bio-weaponry, our ability to find their homeworld is, to them, merely proof of the success they've had in creating and intelligent weapon. When this becomes clear to the crew the android on board, (Fassbender?), will attempt to steal some of the biotechnology for Weyland Corp, causing a Jockeys/Humans conflict. The technology will become leaked during the conflict, this is the explanation for the acidic burning helmet shown in the teaser. My feeling is that, the way the film will go, is that the technology causing mutation (Oh dear...) in the DNA of the afflicted (Scott has mentioned Alien DNA a few times when quizzed on the presence of Xenomorphs in the film.). Certain characteristics we saw in the Alien Xenomorph will surely be present in the infected, acidic blood, heightened strength/intelligence and, importantly, the ability to self-reproduce. The technology will be a pure form of the Xenomorph we see in 'Alien' onwards. [The reason I keep saying 'technology' is that I'm not sure where they will go with this, whether it's going to be something purely chemical or alive. I'm hoping that will we see a creature of some sort and don't doubt that we will, but I'm going to assume the initial infection is going to come from something inanimate].The technology will infect a crewmember, and the jockeys. In what I hope will be a nod to 'Alien', the crew will bring the infected member on board anyway and flee the homeworld. In the mean time a surviving infected jockey will suit up and give chase to the Prometheus in the Derelict. *Much of the 'horror' element to the movie will be contained in the attempted return to earth of the 'Prometheus'. The infected crew member will cause much nastiness on the ship and all sorts of things will go awry. I imagine will we see, again similar to Alien, a certain life-cycle of the infected to progress, here we will see the first purely human/xeno form which I'm hoping will be fucking scary as fuck. Why is this the first? Read on After many trials and tribulations and people getting picked off one by one, the humanxenomorph will eventually be defeated in some manner utilising the environment (the ship Prometheus) a la every other major Xenomorph defeat. This defeat will, however, cause irreparable damage to the ship and will force them to land on LV426. The derelict will now approach; cut to a shot of the jockey flying it experiencing the severe effects of the infection before locking itself in the biosuit to prevent, supposedly, the spread of the infection. Unable to pilot the ship effectively there is a malfunction or landing failure which causes it to crash. However, the Jockey inside the suit will fail in its bid to stop the spread and the something will burst from his suit. This will not be dissimilar to a chestburster, (original hole in the suit is very large for a normal chestburster that we see coming out of John Hurt) but will be a purely Jockey-Xeno mixture. This is the creature that, being able to self replicate, is able to, eventually, fill the derelict with eggs. There are obviously a few issues with this version but I don't see it going any other way. Firstly, the eggs in the derelict as seen in 'Alien' seem very much deliberately placed, however I suppose this is consistent with how they appear in 'Aliens' when planted by a queen. My original idea was that the Jockey was transporting the Xenomorphs and that one somehow escaped and destroyed the ship. I suppose it is possible that there will be an uninfected Jockey chasing the Prometheus with a ship full of Xenomorphs to attack Earth. However, if the Jockey suit is infact a suit it doesn't seem clear how a facehugger could have infected it while it was in it, there is no damage to the helmet seen in 'Alien'. I think this issue arrises from the fact that, in my opinion, the Space Jockey was never intended to be in a suit and this has been changed to accommodate the design of the Space Jockeys in Prometheus, who will neccesarily look more Humanoid as we are expected to see them as our biological precursors. My other problem is, as has been noted, Scott is open to a sequel so I basically have no idea what the hell will happen on LV426 after both the derelict and the Prometheus land there. Perhaps that will be the end of the first movie. The Prometheus either has to escape or be destroyed or there would be evidence in 'Alien' / 'Aliens'. I imagine, however, it can't escape because I am expecting that the distress signal in 'Alien' will be uncovered as that of the Prometheus from near the derelict crashsite, rather than from the derelict itself.

This does not look human, or android to me. Could be a mutated human, but I am more inclined to think it's a Jockey/Engineer.
I also agree with alieninchicago that the Derelict transmission is a garbled form of what we hear from Vickers (I think) at the start of the trailer.
