Kevin Peter Hall, who stood over 7 feet tall, played the Predator in Predator and Predator 2. He started his junior year in high school at 6' 5" and finished it at 6' 9"! A basketball star in high school and college Kevin attended Theatrical Arts at George Washington University in Washington D.C. In 1985, While working on the set of the series 227, he met his co-star, Alaina Reed who played Rose Lee Holloway. They married both on the set, and in real life, and had two children together. Kevin was involved in a major car accident in Los Angeles just before the start of production for Predator 2. During surgery for his critical wounds, he received a contaminated blood transfusion. Predator 2 hit theatres in December 1990, he died shortly thereafter of the AIDS virus, in April of 1991.
